Impact
Families do not experience life in categories. Health affects economic stability. Education influences opportunity. Food security affects wellness. Mentorship can change a career trajectory. A single relationship can open a door that changes a family's future.
We partner with schools, youth organizations, and community leaders to help young people access experiences, mentorship, recreation, education, leadership development, and opportunities that broaden what they believe is possible.
We support organizations and initiatives helping families build stronger foundations through food access, financial education, career development, workforce opportunities, emergency support, and other resources that encourage long-term stability.
We work with healthcare providers and trusted community organizations to make health education, screenings, services, and wellness resources easier to access — meeting families in spaces where they already feel connected.
When immediate needs arise, we work alongside established community organizations to help expand their capacity, bring additional resources to the table, and connect families with trusted support.
Every RFF partnership begins differently because every community partner brings different expertise, relationships, and needs. Our role might be to provide funding. It might be introducing two organizations that can strengthen one another's work. It might mean bringing corporate resources into a neighborhood initiative. It might mean creating an experience families would not otherwise be able to access. Or it might mean using our platform to bring greater attention to an organization already creating meaningful results. The approach may change. The purpose remains the same: help good work go further.
